It happened at Mt. Si High School in the Snoqualmie School District. Apparently the school's Gay Straight Alliance didn't like his stand on gay rights.

Martin Luther King jr. fought for civil rights and equality, Ken Hutcherson is an opponent to equality. However, there seems to be a parallel between Kit McCormick and Martin Luther King jr. Neither are afraid to stand up for civil rights.
