My guess: we're above 90% passing, overall. Bergeson will say this proves the validity of the WASL.
So, commenting to your response, 90% now is that only the western part of the state or the entire state as a whole. funny how stats can work in ones favor when not backed up with proper words in a speech.
"Overall" meaning "statewide." Not sure what your point is, though.
